Meet Kimberly Evans
Kimberly Evans is a California Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser licensed since 2005, with industry experience dating back to 2001. After managing and training at an appraisal firm in Bakersfield, she established her independent practice in 2005 before relocating to the East Bay in 2012. Following several years as a staff appraiser for a local AMC, Kimberly re-opened her independent firm, Redhead Appraisal, in 2020.
Redhead Appraisal is an independently owned residential appraisal company serving Solano County and select Contra Costa communities, with a strong focus on the Solano County market. Kimberly is FHA-approved and AGA Green Certified, providing professional appraisal services for residential properties up to four units. Her work emphasizes clear communication, credible analysis, and timely, well-supported reports for lenders, attorneys, and private clients.
